1. How will I receive my final modified floor plan?
Once your modifications are complete, the final plan will be uploaded to your My Account dashboard for easy access at any time. In addition, a copy of the modified floor plan will be sent directly to your registered email address.
2. How long does it take to receive my modified plans?
Most plan modifications are completed within 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes. Larger redesigns may take a little longer, but we’ll always provide an estimated timeline upfront.
3. What kinds of modifications can I request?
You can request almost any change! Popular modifications include:
Adding or removing bedrooms
Expanding kitchens or living areas
Flipping a front-entry garage to a side-entry garage
Adjusting rooflines or exterior styles
4. Will I get to see a draft before final delivery?
Yes! We’ll provide draft versions for you to review. This ensures your plan is moving in the right direction before we finalize the design.
5. In what format will my modified plans be delivered?
Your final plans will be delivered in PDF & CAD format.
6. Can you modify plans I purchased from another website?
Yes, we do accept plans from other platforms. A modification fee will apply, and we’ll review the plan to ensure we can make the changes you need.
7. How do I submit my modification request?
You can use our modification form (provided on this page) or simply email us ( email:- modifications@archcstudio.com) with your details. Be sure to include notes, sketches, or marked-up floor plan images to help us fully understand your vision.
