The Process in 4 Easy Steps

1. Tell Us About Your Modifications

Once you purchase your dream home plan, you’ll instantly receive the floor plan PDF. Review it carefully and note any adjustments you’d like. Then, simply fill out our modification form (below) or email us at modifications@archcstudio.com with the details. The more information you share, the better we can bring your ideas to life.

2. Our Team Reviews Your Request

After you submit your request, our design team will carefully review your changes. We’ll provide you with all the details by email, including the estimated timeframe needed to complete your modifications.

3. Modification Pricing

Every plan comes with 2–3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. If additional changes are required, we’ll give you a clear, upfront quote before moving forward.

4. Receive Your Modified Plans

Once your modifications are complete, your updated plans will be sent to you in the format you purchased. Timelines vary depending on the complexity of changes, but most projects are completed within 3–5 business days. Your final modified floor plan will be available in your My Account dashboard, and a copy will also be sent directly to your email.”

Once your modifications are complete, the final plan will be uploaded to your My Account dashboard for easy access at any time. In addition, a copy of the modified floor plan will be sent directly to your registered email address.

Most plan modifications are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes. Larger redesigns may take a little longer, but we’ll always provide an estimated timeline upfront.

You can request almost any change! Popular modifications include:

  • Adding or removing bedrooms

  • Expanding kitchens or living areas

  • Flipping a front-entry garage to a side-entry garage

  • Adjusting rooflines or exterior styles

Yes! We’ll provide draft versions for you to review. This ensures your plan is moving in the right direction before we finalize the design.

Yes, all of our plans come with 2–3 free rounds of revisions. If further changes are needed beyond that, we’ll give you a clear quote before continuing.

Your final plans will be delivered in PDF & CAD format.

Yes, we do accept plans from other platforms. A modification fee will apply, and we’ll review the plan to ensure we can make the changes you need.
