2. Our Services

ARCH C STUDIO provides architectural floor plans, house designs, and related digital products. All designs are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All our floor plans are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Instant Delivery – Standard plans are available for immediate download upon purchase.
  • Custom Add-Ons – If you select optional custom add-ons, these will be processed and delivered within up to 12 hours of your order confirmation.
  • Fully Customized Plans – For orders requiring custom modifications, delivery will be made once all design work is completed and finalized.

4. License Types & Usage Rights

At ACHC C STUDIO, we offer three distinct licensing options to meet the needs of individual homeowners, contractors, and large-scale developers. Please review the details carefully before purchasing a plan, as your chosen license determines the scope of use, reproduction rights, and permitted projects.

1. Single Build License

Best for: Individual homeowners, DIY builders, or private projects.

  • Permitted Use: This license grants the purchaser the right to use the purchased floor plan for the construction of one residential property.

  • Ownership & Transferability: This license is strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or assigned to another individual, builder, or company.
  • Commercial Restrictions: The plan may not be used for commercial development, speculative building for resale, or multiple projects.
  • Modifications: You may make personal modifications to the plan for your single build; however, resale or distribution of the modified plan is prohibited.
2. Builder Pro License

Best for: Contractors, boutique builders, and small development firms.

  • Permitted Use: This license allows the purchaser to use the purchased floor plan for up to five residential builds for client projects.
  • Client Work: You may construct homes for multiple clients using the same plan, provided the total number of builds does not exceed five.
  • Transferability: This license is non-transferable to third-party builders or companies outside your own.
  • Marketing Use: You may use the plan imagery in promotional materials for your building services, as long as credit is given to ARCH C STUDIO
  • Restrictions: The plan may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as part of a stock plan library.
3. Commercial License

Best for: High-volume developers, large-scale construction firms, and architectural companies.

  • Permitted Use: This license grants the right to use the purchased floor plan for unlimited residential builds.
  • Scope of Work: Ideal for large developments, subdivisions, or repeated builds across multiple locations.
  • Client Projects: You may use the plan for various clients without numerical limitations, provided all projects comply with local building codes.
  • Transferability: This license is exclusive to the purchaser and their company; it may not be resold as a plan product to third parties outside client projects.
  • Modifications & Customization: Plans may be modified to suit different lot sizes, architectural styles, or design preferences, as long as they remain within the licensed company’s operations.
License Delivery

After your purchase, your license will be sent to you via email. Please retain this document as your proof of license.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes or fees.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are only provided if the product is defective or not as described. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, construction errors, or costs resulting from the use of our designs.
  • It is your responsibility to consult with a licensed architect, engineer, or local authority before construction.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
