At ARCH C STUDIO, we take pride in delivering high-quality architectural designs. 

Because our products are digital files, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. 

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

  • All floor plans are delivered as digital downloads in PDF, CAD, or other file formats.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been sent or downloaded.

2. Custom Design Services

Custom floor plans and modifications are created based on your provided requirements.
Refunds are not available once work has begun, but we will work closely with you to ensure the design meets your expectations.

3. Before You Purchase

We strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing the plan specifications and images carefully.
  • Contacting our support team if you have any questions before purchase.
  • Ensuring the plan meets your local building codes and zoning requirements.

4. No Refunds After Access

Once you have received the files via email or download link, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Ordering the wrong size, style, or layout.
  • Compatibility or permit issues in your location.

5. Refunds may be considered

Only if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • The files are corrupted or incomplete, and our support team is unable to provide a corrected version.

Refund Processing:-

If a refund is approved (in cases where it applies), it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Fraud Prevention & Legal Disclaimer

To protect against fraud:

  • All downloads are digitally watermarked with the purchaser’s name and email.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distributing our plans is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • By purchasing, you agree that you will not claim a refund after downloading or accessing the files.
