All home plans, designs, and related materials on this website, including all images, drawings, and descriptions, are the exclusive intellectual property of ARCH C STUDIO and are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title 17 of the U.S. Code, and international copyright laws.
The purchase of a license to use a plan does not transfer any copyright or ownership interest to the buyer. Instead, it grants a limited, non-transferable license for a specific, permitted use as outlined in our Licensing Types & Usage Rights section.
Prohibited Actions and Infringement:-
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our copyrighted works is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from ARCH C STUDIO. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying, scanning, or tracing our plans, in whole or in part, for any reason.
- Redrawing or creating “derivative works” (a new plan based on one of our designs).
- Using a plan to build more homes than permitted by your license.
- Building a home from an existing ARCH C STUDIO plan you saw on our website or in a publication without first purchasing a license.
Willful copyright infringement is a serious offense with severe legal consequences. Violators may be liable for statutory damages up to $150,000 per violation, plus attorney’s fees, and may be subject to other legal remedies for damages and loss of profits.
Important Information for License Holders:-
- Your license to build is limited to the specific terms you purchased and is non-transferable.
- The purchase of a plan does not grant you the right to copy, sell, or share the plan with any other individual or company.
- If you need to make modifications to the plan for your licensed project, you may do so. However, the modified plan remains the copyrighted property of ARCH C STUDIO, and you may not sell or distribute the modified design.
- If you wish to build more homes than your current license allows, you must contact us to upgrade your license and receive a new release for extended usage.
